We at Solid Foundation Realty are glad you took the time to view our web site.    Located in Chula Vista and serving all of San Diego, Solid Foundation Realty was created differently from other San Diego and Chula Vista real estate companies – it was created because the owner was frustrated and fed up with real estate agents!  So frustrated, that he became a real estate broker himself in order to find the home he wanted at the price he wanted.

The owner studied the Chula Vista and surrounding San Diego real estate market for years, fending off the months and years of “you have to buy now or be priced out forever” as stated by the majority of San Diego and Chula Vista  area real estate agents in the years preceding the 2005 - 2006 San Diego real estate bubble. 

In an era where customer service and accountability appear to be gone, we at Solid Foundation Realty desire to serve you and will strive to get you into the home you desire and deserve or help you price and sell your home in the current market.  This requires honesty, integrity and the responsibility to put your needs and financial security in front of our own.  Rest assured, although you are the decision maker at all times, we at Solid Foundation Realty will give you our best and honest assessment of each home.  This honesty may have cost us some real estate deals and decreased commission but at Solid Foundation Realty we can sleep well at night knowing that our clients were advised to make a decision that fits best with the market and their desires.
